Thanks to rapid prototyping, we can quickly produce samples from original materials, which can be directly transferred to the manufacture of thermoforming, punching and sealing tools. Every step is carried out in close consultation with our customers. This ensures targeted and reliable implementation.

Prototype

Confidence through prototyping – check, test, optimise

Before packaging goes into production, we need to be confident in its function, design and handling. That is why we rely on efficient and practical prototyping.

Using existing 3D CAD data, we produce realistic samples in the shortest possible time – directly from the original material. This allows you to check and test your packaging at an early stage and present it internally or externally.

Whether it's shape, fit or handling – our prototypes enable optimisations to be identified and implemented even before the moulds are made. This saves time and costs and builds confidence in the final product.
