Our cylinder die-cutting machine allows you to separate blister packs from a multi-sheet. The multi-sheet is first sealed on a heat-sealing machine and then (even outside the cleanroom) die-cut using this cylinder die-cutting machine. This ingenious yet very simple system makes it possible to package small parts in large quantities efficiently and save costs. The result is perfect packaging!

The MRP system is the ideal solution for the cost-effective packaging of small parts in large quantities. When used in conjunction with our heat-sealing machine and the ZSM 40 cylinder die-cutting machine, it enables the processing of multi-sheet sets and increases packaging output by a factor of 5 to 10. At the same time, it produces high-quality packaging with precise and identical die-cut contours. The result: lower packaging costs, low investment costs and rapid implementation.
