Thermoforming Film

In order to meet the ever more stringent requirements in terms of the cleanliness, production conditions and traceability of raw materials, we have started our own production of PETG film.

With the specialisation in the use of PETG will greatly improve product quality as there are no foreign particles in the system, thus ensuring complete line clearance.

The most important elements of the extrusion process are automated so that even small ultra-high-quality production runs to the tightest tolerance margins are possible. In order to protect the PETG film from contamination, the process runs under controlled conditions in a clean-room cabin.

Film qualities:

MEDPETG 6763 – Premium Line
100 % virgin material, NO use of edge trims, NO use either of process-recovered material.

MEDPETG 6763 – Medical Standard
The unavoidable edge strips caused by the process are regranulated for dustfree reintegration in the middle layer up to a maximum proportion of 20 %. The two outer layers consist of 100 % virgin material.

MEDPETG 6763 – R Line
The amount of edge strips that are permitted to be integrated in the film is specified in liaison with the customer. This proportion determines the price of the film and may be between 20 % and 100 % in all layers.
